One More Week!

One week from today and I'll be on my way to California! Well, I'm stopping in Nevada to visit a good friend for a few days, then on to Simi Valley, CA!

I wanted to send out a praise and a few specific prayer requests:

Praise God that I found a place to live! I will be staying with Christian lady who rents 2 rooms out of her home for students at Eternity Bible College. She lives about 4 miles from the school, so I will be riding my bike back and forth every day. The good news is, the weather is in the upper 60's and 70's with lots of sun!

Specific ways to pray:

-As of right now I am the only female student joining EBC this January. I have been praying and believing for another girl to apply and come to Simi Valley so I'll have a friend to go through the first semester with!

-Provision for finding a bicycle once I get out there, and protection as I ride my bike around town each day.

-Community and friends. This one is super important to me, because I have experienced amazing community in the past, and it's just a bit terrifying to move across the country without knowing anyone! Please pray for a new church family, and that the transition into the community at Eternity will be a smooth one.

-Good weather conditions and no delays for my 6am flight next Monday (January 15th)!
